About the Role:
As Contact Centre Team Leader, you'll lead a team of consultants delivering exceptional service and sales outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance people, performance and process while driving a strong, supportive culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, coaching and developing a team to achieve service and sales targets.
* Managing performance, KPIs and customer outcomes.
* Supporting escalations and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
* Identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies.
* Partnering with peers and leaders to strengthen engagement and results.
Roster:
Monday - Friday between 7am - 6pm with occasional Saturday shifts.
Work style:
Hybrid (1 day WFH)
Requirement:
Team leading experience in a contact centre mandatory. Sales background preferred, to support the internal sales and service environment.
About You:
You're an experienced contact centre leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to motivate teams through change.
* Proven experience leading teams in a contact centre
* Strong coaching and mentoring ability
* Confidence managing performance metrics, operations and customer outcomes
* A collaborative leadership style that builds engagement and accountability
* Insurance or financial services experience (highly regarded)
