You will work closely with the Personal Banking sales team to manage risks associated with distributing home lending products through the Direct channel.
In this role, you will lead a team to conduct regular application reviews and oversee initiatives that improve compliance oversight and operational efficiency within the channel.
You will keep up to date with relevant regulations, play a central role in representing the direct sales and variation team in the Banking and Financial Services ecosystem and manage the team's priorities and strategic focus.By advocating and enforcing a risk mindset across the Personal Banking ecosystem, you will contribute to the overall integrity and robustness of the distribution process.
