Williamson's FoodWorks has an exciting opportunity available for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Liquor Manager.
**Business Development**
- Set goals, budgets and manage time effectively to achieve results within given deadlines
- Introduction of new lines
- Drive store sales by building a strong customer base
- Deliver a high standard of Customer Services
- Organise wine events (examples include; tours, tastings and dinners)
- Expand our wholesale business.
**Store Presentation and Stock Management**
- Ensure accurate receipt of stock
- Ensure a clean, full, neat and tidy department at all times.
- Ensure correct ordering, receiving, rotation and merchandising of stock.
- Merchandise department to maximise sales and profit
**Team Member Development**
- Lead, coach, train and motivate all liquor team members.
- Continually improve product knowledge of team members
**Product Pricing and Promotions**
- Ensure accurate pricing and ticketing standards are adhered to at all times
- Assist in building and reviewing a Low Price Everyday Program
- Develop and control weekly in-store promotions
**Administration**
- Build rosters for the liquor departments ensuring budgets hours and costs are adhered to
- Ensure all invoicing is processed according to company Policy and Procedure
- Continually review our business to drive overall department profit.
- Previous retail and or Liquor operational management and customer service experience
- Current RSA Certificate
- An in-depth knowledge and passion for wine.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external customers
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be physically capable of undertaking substantial lifting and being on your feet for long periods of times
- Attention to detail and problem solving ability
Applicants will need to be willing and able to work Full Time roster to meet business needs, hours are anywhere from 9am to 9pm. Salary will be negotiated based on knowledge and experience.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
