This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed caseload of Commercial Motor and Motor Trade claims (from cradle to grave), typically comprising Accidental Damage and Third Party Damage losses.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients, and customers to the high standards required by the business.
- Operate in a client service-focused, proactive manner with a can-do attitude, and employ problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to delivering excellent client outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders from all walks of life, handle difficult conversations with empathy, and build strong rapport.
Qualifications
- Essential: 3+ years’ experience within Motor Claims Handling, well-versed in handling Commercial Motor losses.
- Experience with personal and/or commercial Motor claims is acceptable, but focus for this role is Commercial Motor; ideally from an insurer, MGA or loss adjusting environment with experience handling claims through to full settlement.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision (but with support), and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
