Job Opportunity: Ground Support Equipment Technician
Schedule Servicing of GSE is a crucial role within our organization, ensuring the maintenance and management of ground support equipment.
* Maintenance calibration: Ensure all GSE is accurately calibrated in accordance with applicable maintenance policies.
* Servicing and repair: Perform scheduled servicing of all GSE as per OEM instructions and KC-30A GSE Technical Maintenance Plan (TMP).
* Breakdown troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair unscheduled breakdowns on all GSE as necessary.
* Collaboration and stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure sufficient quantities of serviceable GSE are available for both RAAF operational capability and BMMC DM schedules.

This position plays a vital role in supporting maintenance and management of ground support equipment and specialist tooling and equipment. It involves working collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Main responsibilities:
o Ensuring GSE is properly calibrated and maintained in line with applicable policy.
o Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing of GSE according to OEM guidelines and technical plans.
o Troubleshooting and repairing unscheduled GSE breakdowns when required.
o Engaging with stakeholders to secure adequate serviceable GSE supplies.
