Regional Sales Manager Job Description
This role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and fostering strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver profitable business growth by developing and executing sales strategies that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS OBJECTIVES AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS THAT MEET THEIR REQUIREMENTS.
* IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO EXPLOIT THESE OPPORTUNITIES.
* COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE SALES PLANNING, EXECUTION, AND DELIVERY.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Proven track record of success in sales or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
* Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Current motor vehicle license and passport.
* Ability to travel up to 70% of the time by motor vehicle and commercial flights.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, negotiation, persuasion, selling, and presentation skills.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in sales and/or servicing in the Pilbara region or similar areas.
* Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Trade Qualification, or similar discipline.
