About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Finance Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.
Reporting to the Finance Manager - Marketing & Category, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and support to inform strategic decision-making across the Commercial function.
This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will also work closely with the Heads of Category and Marketing to develop and execute strategy, ensuring all initiatives are grounded in sound financial criteria.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans, aligned with business objectives.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support informed decision-making.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Develop and manage commercial controllable assumptions and factors, in collaboration with Channel Finance Business Partners and FP&A.
* Track, measure, and adapt agreed plans to deliver against strategy.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within a complex and large organization.
* Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
* Strong analytical mindset, with ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
* Excellent presentation and visualization skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate and influence multiple stakeholders.
