The Role
Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. We currently have multiple roster opportunities across the region.
Your Day‐to‐Day May Include
* Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
* Encouraging skill‐building, independence, and decision‐making
* Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)
* Following person‐centred plans with empathy and professionalism
* Building positive relationships with our clients
What You'll Bring
We are looking for candidates who embody CPA values, are client‐focused and passionate about making an impact. You'll bring:
* A can‐do attitude and growth mindset — you're open to learning and ready to make a difference
* Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred; passion & enthusiasm are key
* NSW Driver's Licence (P2 or above)
* Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
* Availability across a variety of shift times, including:
o Early mornings (6am – 9am)
o Day shifts (9am – 3/4pm)
o Afternoons & evenings
o Awake overnights (10pm – 6am)
Training and Qualifications
* CPA is a trusted Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering nationally recognised qualifications, including Certificate III in Individual Support, and advanced disability care skills
* Our training programmes are backed by decades of experience and are respected across the industry
* Fully funded nationally recognised qualifications: CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support; ongoing specialist training and skill development

* Attractive hourly rates: $34.59 – $35.67 per hour base + Super + 25% Casual Loading + Penalties

Training Support
We invest $5,000 in training during your first year and provide comprehensive learning throughout your orientation. Buddy shifts with CPA's experienced Disability Support Workers will support your development.
