About The Opportunity
As a Service Co-Ordinator, you'll manage and maintain after-sales service and support while coordinating field operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Planning and scheduling service, warranty, and installation jobs
* Liaising with technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Accurately processing sales orders and customer payments
* Handling incoming service and warranty calls/emails
* Managing and updating the daily service schedule
* Entering service data and preparing job quotes
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
* Knowledge of automotive equipment or servicing (desirable)
* Familiarity with Melbourne and surrounding suburbs (advantageous)
