As part of our ongoing growth, AQ is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Client Relations Manager – Home Care to join our team and help shape the future of aged care in Queensland. About the Role As our Client Relations Manager – Home Care, you will be the face of AQ’s home care services building strong relationships with clients, supporting seamless onboarding, and ensuring care plans are delivered with compassion and excellence. You'll also take ownership of client budget management, ensure compliance with care standards, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a unique blend of case management and leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people and process. What You’ll Be Doing Engage new clients and facilitate smooth transitions into the Support at Home program Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and quality outcomes Coordinate timely assessments, care plans, and goal-setting tailored to individual needs Oversee client budgets, ensuring funds are appropriately utilised and compliant with Department guidelines Support and lead a care team to ensure services are delivered effectively and respectfully Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational and regulatory compliance Respond to client inquiries, manage changes in care needs, and ensure prompt service delivery Travel within Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Ipswich, and Toowoomba as required About You Experience in a home care or case management role Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills Proven experience in consumer-directed care and budget management Leadership skills with the ability to coach and support a care team Diploma or higher qualification in aged care, community services, health, or a related field Client-focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills Current driver’s licence and access to an insured motor vehicle National Police Check (or ability to obtain) Why Join AQ?
