Case Manager – QBE NSW Workers Compensation
Join QBE in our NSW Workers Compensation division within the Nominal Insurer business, where you'll play a vital role in supporting injured workers and driving positive outcomes. As a Case Manager, you'll manage claims end-to-end under the NSW Workers Compensation scheme, ensuring timely and effective injury management and return-to-work plans. You'll build strong, trust-based relationships with all stakeholders while delivering exceptional service and making a real difference in people's lives.
Primary Details
: Full-time, employee, permanent, hybrid role with flexible working.
Location:
Newcastle or Lismore, New South Wales, Australia.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims in line with scheme regulation.
Treat a holistic case management approach to provide positive customer connections.
Effectively set expectations, communicate and educate injured workers and their employers.
Work in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to work.
Ensure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy.
