In September, we opened our brand-new world-class redevelopment, a vibrant precinct that brings fresh opportunities, exciting experiences, and stronger community connections.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers in a confident and professional way
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Taking orders, serving alcohol responsibly and clearing tables
- Understanding all food and beverage items on the menu
- Collecting payment, operating EFTPOS and point of sale terminals
- Providing quality service which aligns with our company values
- General cleaning duties
- Managing stock levels behind the bar throughout trade and restocking fridges
Requirements:
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, or willingness to complete prior to commencement.
- Strong preference for applicants who already hold a Victorian Gaming Licence, or a willingness to obtain one.
