RAC Busselton Holiday Park is looking for an experienced and motivated casual front office attendant to join our guest services team and ensure a warm welcome and seamless stay for every guest.**Responsibilities*** Welcoming all members, guests and groups at reception.* Completing the check in process in accordance with RAC guidelines.* Assisting guests with the check in by explaining the services and operations within the accommodation such as tv, air conditioning etc.* Providing professional, efficient and personalised service to all members and guests in relation to guest services.* Resolving guest complaints and escalating to the supervisor where appropriate.* Completing bookings through the reservation system and updating records.* Processing payments and completing transactions in accordance with the standard operating procedures.* Cashiering duties such as processing eftpos, credit card and cash payments.* Liaising with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance and food and beverage to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner for members and guests and assisting with communication to the member and guests.* Responsible for master keys and ensuring correct procedures are followed when issuing and returning keys.**What You'll Bring to the Team*** Ability to exhibit a strong and proactive guest and member focus in all activities.* Ability to organise and multi-task varied priorities and ability to complete all allotted tasks within an appropriate time frame.* Ability to work in a dynamic environment.* Strong understanding of hospitality systems (NewBook), reservations processes, and guest relations.**How to Apply** **About RAC** At RAC, we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome and valued.
