Job Description
As a Banking Consultant, you will play a key role in providing customers with a seamless banking experience. You will meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage
* Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
* Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
* Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
* Sound understanding of compliance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
