Global Cyber Security product company seeks a talented DevSecOps Engineer to improve Jenkins pipeline, security tooling, dashboard monitoring and streamlining for entire infrastructure. Work with multiple development groups and key tech leaders. $950 Daily. 1 year renewable contract. 100% Work From Home Option. Must be Sydney resident.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Own and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.Proactively monitor build, deployment, and QA automation pipelines.Collaborate with Scrum, CI/CD, Ops, and Security teams to address pipeline issues.Develop and maintain automation using Groovy (Jenkins pipelines), Python, and Bash scripting.Continuously improve pipeline performance, stability, and developer experience.Remediate vulnerabilities identified by tools such as: Snyk, Mend (WhiteSource), SonarQube, Qualys, or Burp suite.Support builds and deployments across a multi-language stack including Java, Golang, Python, and React.REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:CI/CD & Automation: Jenkins (Groovy pipelines), Git-based workflows.Security Tooling: Snyk, Mend (WhiteSource), SonarQube,Qualys, or Burp suite.Containerisation & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.Programming Languages: Java, Golang, Python, React.Scripting & Automation: Groovy, Bash.Build Tools: Maven, npm, Webpack (or similar).Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles.IDEAL CANDIDATE:Strong DevOps / DevSecOps mindset with a focus on Automation and Security.Experience improving security posture across application codebases in enterprise environments.Proactive in addressing technical debt and security vulnerabilities.Strong collaboration skills across development, security, and operations teams.For more information, please call Bob Wallace at 02 9091 8212.Balance Recruitment is committed to equal opportunity employment.
