Senior Project Manager Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client-side building and infrastructure projects, with experience in contract law, construction practices, and procurement.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and procurement strategies.
* Prepare construction briefs and tender documents for consultants and contractors.
* Oversee contractor and consultant performance, compliance, and deliverables.
* Manage all project phases – design, delivery, commissioning, and handover.
* Act as Principal's Representative and/or Contract Superintendent.
* Ensure documentation and processes meet project, legal, and safety standards.
* Lead internal and external teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in managing client-side building and infrastructure projects.
* Strong understanding of contract law, construction practices, and procurement.
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder interests.
* Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
* Qualifications or education in building construction or a related field.
