Role Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers.
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunity for growth.
- Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience working as a banker, preferably in Agribusiness.
- Experience in financial analysis and credit assessment.
- Passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proactive problem solver who makes decisions and thrives in a dynamic setting.
- Robust commercial acumen and ability to identify market opportunities.
