About the role:
* Workshop modification, reworking, and testing of new hydraulic components to meet customer requirements
* Manufacture and testing of hydraulic power units
* Report on equipment following disassembly and inspection
* Ability to work independently and lead other staff members
* Onsite hydraulic support for local customers
About you – Skills and experience:
* Trade qualifications (Mechanical) as a Fitter, Turner & Machinist or Plant Mechanic with hydraulic experience
* Fitting experience with fixed and mobile plant applications
* Understanding the importance of accuracy and quality
* Fault finding and experience with fixed plant and mining equipment desirable
* Low voltage electrical experience is an advantage
