This is a hands‐on role for an experienced marketer ready for the next step. Someone who wants to see their impact in real time and is looking for genuine growth opportunity. You'll be leading our small, dynamic marketing team and working closely with our agents, corporate stakeholders and Brand Consultant. You'll play a critical role in driving marketing execution and performance, and ensuring campaigns are delivered with precision and on brand.

We are looking for someone who can operate across the marketing ecosystem. Brand and performance. Print, digital, social, EDM, and content. You will bring the craft to deliver the work, the strategic instinct to shape it well along the way, and the drive to keep us ahead of where the industry is heading.

What you'll own

Drive the brand and marketing work that elevates Kollosche as the leading luxury real estate brand nationally

Lead and develop our small, dynamic marketing team

Run day‐to‐day delivery of multi‐channel campaigns across the full ecosystem

Take proactive ownership of our social media, content, and distribution strategy alongside the broader marketing mix

Leverage and manage our customer data, leads, digital footprint, and CX to inform marketing decisions and sharpen what we do next

Lead editorial and campaign planning across listings, agent features, market commentary, recruitment, and community storytelling

Work closely with our agents on their marketing strategies and brand development

Collaborate with our Brand Consultant on the wider brand system, strategy and major brand moments

Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all marketing outputs

Manage external partners including creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and production

Monitor marketing performance and use insights to drive what we do next

Your background

Senior marketing experience across the full marketing ecosystem. Traditional and digital, strategic thinking and hands‐on execution

Team leadership experience - you have led or developed a team and know how to drive output through others

Proven track record delivering brand, content, and campaign work that has contributed to real business outcomes.

Strong data instinct. You read leads, customer data, and digital footprint to drive sharper marketing decisions

Strong social and content fluency, with a feel for where the space is heading. You bring this alongside operating fluency across the wider marketing ecosystem

You understand how AI is reshaping marketing and bring it into how you think, ideate, and deliver

Strong commercial judgement. You understand how marketing decisions connect to business outcomes

Experience managing external creative partners and agencies

Real estate or property experience preferred but not required. Background in luxury, fashion, hospitality, or another premium category is welcomed

Strong communicator and collaborator. You can present an idea to an agent, a senior stakeholder, or our leadership team and have all of them buy in

Commercially minded and organised. You hold multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and moving pieces without anything dropping
