About the role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with a positive and proactive work ethic. This position involves full responsibility for contract documentation, administrative processes, and supporting project teams to ensure commercial and contractual compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a can‑do attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative environment. You will also be expected to uphold the organisation's core values, including leadership, integrity, adaptability, and a strong sense of team culture.
About your skills
Industry experience in commercial landscaping, construction, or related fields.
Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts, and documentation processes.
Experience preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts.
High level of interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.
Qualifications in Contract Administration, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field will be highly regarded.
