The Role
As a Field Visual Merchandiser at Oroton, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand vision to life across our Adelaide stores. You’ll ensure our premium aesthetic is consistently represented through elevated visual merchandising, inspiring customers and driving commercial success. Reporting to the Multi-State Manager, you’ll work closely with store teams to maintain and elevate Oroton’s VM standards. You’ll coach, influence and support retail staff to deliver engaging, high-impact product presentations, while aligning visual strategy with broader business goals. This is a hands-on role that combines creative execution with commercial acumen, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.
This is a part-time role of two days per week across Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. You will be based in stores with travel across all Adelaide store locations required on a regular basis.
Key responsibilities:
* Execute national visual merchandising guidelines across all stores in your region
* Lead seasonal launches, campaigns, and promotional VM activations
* Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistent execution and brand standards
* Train and coach store teams to build VM capability and embed daily routines
* Partner with Store and Multi-site Manager to align VM with commercial goals
* Optimise product placement and storytelling to drive sales and KPIs
* Identify and action VM improvements for underperforming categories
* Maintain VM props, tools and ensure compliance with WHS standards
* Provide feedback and insights to the VM and Multi-State Managers
* Submit weekly reports summarising visits, key actions and opportunities
* Communicate priorities, expectations and deadlines across teams
* Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Oroton’s premium visual identity
What we are looking for:
* Experience in visual merchandising, ideally in fashion or premium retail
* Strong styling skills and attention to detail
* Proven coaching and training experience
* Commercial mindset with understanding of sales drivers
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Creative, proactive, and solutions-focused

* Positive, customer-focused attitude
