The Role
The Collaroy is in the market for a Sous Chef to join this already incredible team. This is the perfect opportunity for a chef looking to take the next step in their career and start leading a team. You can expect to be serving up dishes with Mediterranean influence as well as a few pub classics, there is also a woodfire pizza offering.
To be successful in this role you will:
Responsibilities
* Have 2+ years' experience in a Sous chef role in a similar venue
* Ability to manage a team of 10+ chefs when the head chef is off
* Organised, focused and communication is key
* The flexibility to work across the kitchen and someone that is happy to train junior staff.
* Good knowledge around kitchen admin, WH&S and good people skills
