We strive to make the world healthier and more sustainable through innovation developed across a broad range of Imaging, Information and Monitoring systems.Your Opportunity:As the Imaging Sales Lead - North, you will be a key member of the Sales leadership team in ANZ, reporting to the General Manager of Health Systems for ANZ. In this role, you will leverage your commercial sales and leadership experience to drive the profitable growth of the Philips Imaging portfolio across NSW, ACT, QLD & NT.You will bring a dynamic leadership style that motivates and engages a diverse, high-performing team. Your coaching and mentoring skills, along with your ability to design and communicate strategies, objectives, and plans, will be essential. This role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney, with regular travel to support the team and business.Your responsibilities include:Leading the sales team to achieve positive customer outcomes and promoting solutions selling.Facilitating collaboration with Imaging business units to advance opportunities.Creating and implementing the national sales strategy, including sales forecasts and budgets.Building and maintaining the sales funnel, ensuring data quality, funnel health, and focused opportunity management for accurate forecasting.Managing sales and commercial partnerships with key customers within the Imaging portfolio.Strategic account management of state procurement bodies and other key accounts.Identifying, engaging, and developing talent to foster a performance and customer-centric culture.Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the team.Responding to escalations to address customer concerns.Ideal candidate profile:Experience managing radiology capital equipment sales and strategy.Knowledge of Imaging providers (preferred).Proven success in direct sales with leadership experience in high-performing teams.Motivated, energetic, results-driven.Excellent communication skills and strong network-building abilities.Experience developing and executing strategies for key accounts.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company committed to accessible, high-quality healthcare for all.
