This role sits within the Simple Loan Offer Experience Squad in Apply with Ease. This squad is highly diverse and autonomous with a mix of Product Managers, Engineers and Design; meaning that you can deliver on proposed changes at pace with limited dependencies across the Crew or domain. The squad purpose is focused on simplifying the home loan offer, enabling the customer confidence to read, sign and return their documents. Do work that matters You will report to the Product Owner (Simple Loan Offer Experience) for your day-to-day delivery and a Chapter Lead to support your performance and career development. As a Product Manager, you will deliver clear business requirements for development, contribute to development of great customer experiences by simplifying the offer process and ensuring the product/service remains safe and compliant. Additionally, you will: Understand and represent the voice of the customer Identify, lead and deliver on multiple pieces of work to ensure our features are market competitive and delivers value to customers. The opportunity to work with groundbreaking AI technology to deliver new and exciting experiences for our customers. Review customer break points in the product life cycle to identify and deliver customer experience improvement opportunities in the portfolio. Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver change for our customers to improve customer experience and outcomes Partner with Risk and Compliance to proactively identify and manage operational and other risks in the portfolio. Assist with developing and delivering on a roadmap of initiatives targeting at improving the home loan offer and acceptance process. We’re interested in hearing from people with: Previous product management experience, within financial service (required) A proven track record of delivery of high impact initiatives that drive customer value Risk Mindset – All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.
