Duties will include: Managing a busy switchboard Meeting and greeting clients Managing and setting up meeting rooms Ordering various office supplies Organising couriers Faxing, photocopying, filing Input of invoices, scanning and tracking Maintaining tidiness of communal office areas You will need to demonstrate prior experience in a busy Reception role at a professional, corporate business.
