Our Food Service and Convenience business encompasses our wholesale, foodservices and distribution services across the Campbells Wholesale, Superior Food Services, and Independent Grocers brands – servicing small to medium businesses right across Australia. About the Opportunity

An exciting leadership opportunity is now available for a motivated and results driven professional to oversee and guide all operational functions across our Ingleburn Superior Food Services site.

Reporting directly to the GM Operations NSW, this full-time, permanent position requires an experienced Branch Manager with a hands‐on approach and strong leadership. You will be responsible for the effective day to day management for the site and ensuring operational excellence across all areas.

In this Role

* Implement, monitor, and review operational strategies to improve productivity, service delivery standards, and accuracy toward premium service levels and customer satisfaction.
* Drive continuous improvement to ensure all branch key stakeholders are managing processes and outcomes to achieve positive EBITDA results and reduce expenses.
* Work closely with warehouse and transport departments and service providers/contractors to maintain building service standards in line with OH&S legislation, HACCP requirements, WorkSafe regulations, and quality assurance.
* Continually leverage best practices to drive outstanding business growth and efficiency in line with Company strategies and goals.
* Prepare and maintain headcount, budgets, forecasts, and business plans for the Branch to ensure growth and positive financial results.
* Work closely with your key department leaders and the Executive Management team to drive solutions, ensure DIFOT to customers and achieve financial growth and success for the Branch.
* Monitor and review rostering in line with forecasted labour requirements and wage costs.
* Provide and promote exceptional service standards and new behaviours to promote a customer focused culture, whilst driving high performance expectations.

You're Likely a Match If

* Solid management and leadership experience, a minimum of 3-7 years in a similar role
* Proven background in the foodservice or FMCG industry is preferred however not essential
* Proven leadership capability with the ability to influence, challenge, and partner at senior level
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience contributing to budgetary, investment, or workforce planning decisions
* Demonstrated track record of delivering results in complex or changing environments
* Experience leading cultural change initiatives and embedding new ways of working and understand and being a part of your business at all levels
