**About the position**
Leading, with passion and dedication to detail, this role is situated at the very epicentre of the operational excellence of this customer-centric high achiever. Deliver the foundation training to onboard sales service staff based on a meticulously-designed and thoroughly road-tested process, which is now an industry-recognised global best practice model. Continue this powerful launching process with a sequence of further support activities over the initial stages of new on boarders to guarantee their continued and skilful flight to success. Then develop and support a rolling weekly training delivery plan to support culturally aligning the sales staff with "how we do things around here" and "why" it is important. Finally, operationally assist bespoke software development, which is fundamental in supporting this best practice sales process model.
As the Sales Training Manager, your responsibilities will include 
- Specialise, own and deliver the Sales Process Training program of activities, per an established sequence of training activities. 
- Keep current on the industry by attending specific world's best practice meetings, conferences and seminars. 
- Identify performance gaps and deliver additional support interventions tailored to each technician to support them through their learning journey. 
- Use multiple training approaches including customer value sessions, role playing and in-field experience training, guest speakers and personal development events. 
- Collaborate with Divisional leaders to develop and support regular weekly training schedules. 
- Oversee a rolling 12-monthly delivery plan, focussing on training for measurable revenue effect, and training for technical & safety excellence, whilst maintaining cultural integrity. 
- Engage effectively in a cooperative workflow with the inhouse enterprise software development team to channel operational requirements through directly from the field to the bespoke development roadmap sprints. Then, complete the communication loop by building training packs to educate frontline sales and service staff on critical improvements and updates upon rollout. 
- Deliver a frontline leadership program to support and upskill future organisational leaders. 
- Support the delivery of Customer Service Centre induction process training. 
- Oversee the onboarding of general staff. 
- Continue to develop and then maintain the company's online Onboarding and Learning Management System.

**About you**
So, now we come to the really important part as we need someone who genuinely has a desire to be the best at what they do, to make others want to be their best, and to ensure that the customer gets the very best experience. You need to be genuine, authentic and have the courage to commit to and then consistently deliver a pre-set training program that is bold, unique and has unquestionable results.
Ideally, you will come from a Sales background, with proven experience in coaching your team to a high level of commercial success. Like a master chef producing their signature dish, you must be diligent with the details and ensure that each stage of training is executed exactly to achieve the same perfect result, every time.
To be in cultural alignment you must be down-to-earth relatable, self-driven and attuned to those around you in positive and impactful manner.
