The role
Answering incoming phone calls as the first point of contact for clients
Managing client enquiries and directing matters appropriately
Maintaining client files, document control and record management
Assisting accountants with administrative preparation of tax and compliance work
Scanning, filing, data entry and general office coordination
Supporting work flowprocesses and deadlines within the practice
About You
Minimum two years' experience working in a public accounting firm
Confident and professional phone manner
Strong administration and organisational skills
High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
Comfortable working in a deadline driven professional environment
