The Role
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative/Relationship Manager to join our expanding Inside Sales Team.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will work on an important section of our clients, becoming a trusted advisor to existing customers, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. You will play a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our company’s brand in a way that is positive, honest, and professional.
You would be a great fit for our team if you like to combine superior listening and communication skills with an outgoing personality to build an instant rapport. If you enjoy talking to people and helping people see the value in new products, this is the job for you! Whilst initially this role will be based in the office, this could include flexible work in time.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Understand customer needs and recommend tailored IT solutions, including managed services, hardware (e.g., printers), and software offerings
* Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities via warm outreach
* Collaborate with internal teams (technical, regional sales, marketing) to deliver compelling proposals and solutions
* Track all activities through Salesforce
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in a phone-based sales or account management role (preferably in IT services, tech, or office equipment)
* Strong phone presence, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to learn and an interest in professional development
* Comfortable with Salesforce or similar CRMs
* Ability to understand and explain technical products and services in simple terms
* Desire to be a part of a team
* Agile, with the tools to switch between relationship management and sales discussions as needed
* (Advantageous) Familiarity with printer solutions, managed services, or cloud technologies
