Employment Type: Full Time 38 hours per week
Pay: up to $39.35 + Superannuation + Benefits

Responsibilities
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll:
- Take charge of your own room and lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Commit to safety and inclusivity to tailor learning experiences to meet the needs of all children.

Our childcare centre boasts five well-designed rooms and accommodates up to 75 children daily. The facility features a large natural playground with ample shade and a versatile veranda area for various activities. Our team is dedicated to creating nurturing indoor and outdoor spaces that promote children's growth and development. You’ll need
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
