Responsibilities
* Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to source newly designed tooling, fixtures, and custom components from prototype through production release.
* Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers in compliance with medical device quality system requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA QSR).
* Coordinate RFQs, supplier technical reviews, and cost analyses for complex, engineered parts and tooling.
* Issue and manage purchase orders in alignment with approved specifications, drawings, and change controls.
* Ensure timely delivery of long‐lead and critical items to support engineering builds, validation activities, and production schedules.
* This is a fixed term contract
Work Experience
* 5+ Years relevant experience in procurement, sourcing for production in Manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of Excel, and MS is essential,
* Possess good interpersonal skills, with team player spirit, very hands on (including placing orders)
* Ability to work independently, organized, and good time management with tight timescales
* Analytical, and ability to mitigate risk
* Good communication and negotiation skills and learning agility
