About the Role
The University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) seeks an experienced Associate Director (Infrastructure and Maintenance) to lead a skilled team within our Facilities Management portfolio. This position contributes to the university's academic and research goals by maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a dedicated team responsible for planning and maintaining the university's facilities, infrastructure, buildings, grounds, and property portfolio.
* Ensure assets are managed in accordance with industry standards, legislation, and the University Strategic Asset Management Plan.
* Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities management.

* Ability to develop strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Total remuneration range $160,346 to $177,738 pa, including salary, employer super contributions of 17%, and annual leave loading.
