* Location: Canberra / Melbourne / Sydney
* Start Date: Targeted start date of June through to August 2026
* Security Clearance Requirement: Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or eligible to obtain clearance
* Remote Working: Candidates will be required to be in office at least 3 days per week. Candidates willing to relocate to Canberra are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; define scope and deliverables; monitor progress and mitigate risks.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders; facilitate updates, meetings, and reviews.
* Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently; manage team workloads and coordinate cross‐functional collaboration.
* Reporting and Governance: Track project performance using KPIs and metrics; prepare status reports.
* Agile Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‐ups, reviews, retrospectives); remove impediments.
* Team Empowerment: Coach the team on Agile principles; promote self‐organisation and accountability.
* Vision and Roadmap: Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap; prioritise backlog items.
* Backlog Management: Create and maintain backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria; refine requirements.

* Relevant certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, CSPO (highly desirable).
* Australian Citizenship is required.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field.
* 5+ years of project management, Agile delivery, or product ownership experience.
* 3+ years leading small teams.
* 2+ years leading small teams on Systems Integration projects.
* Experience with both traditional and Agile delivery methods.
* Proficiency with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
