Logistics Officer – CSBP Kwinana Beach, Western Australia, Australia
We're seeking aLogistics Officerto plan, schedule, and coordinate the distribution of CSBP's chemical products.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll ensure customer needs are met with precision, safety, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule chemical product distribution based on customer demand and availability.
Deliver exceptional customer service and manage order processing, dispatches, and invoices.
Support import/export logistics, liaise with transport providers and regulatory compliance.
Maintain compliance and ensure all relevant despatch documentation, such as dangerous good checklists, road delivery notes, shipping documentation, is completed for each despatch.
Audit transport providers to ensure compliance with regulations and site restrictions.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide 24/7 on-call support for emergency customer needs.
About You
Experience in chemical distribution/logistics – including scheduling and export shipping.
Weighbridge experience and understanding of truck combinations.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and documentation.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to safety.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
