We specialise in bulk haulage and ancillary onsite services, including road construction and maintenance operations, for mining companies in the key resource-producing regions of Western Australia. Our services primarily involve truck haulage across both off-road and on-road (highway) routes, transporting materials from mine sites to port facilities and processing infrastructure.
While our primary commodities are iron ore and gold, our expanded footprint allows us to create new geographical hubs through regional expansion. We aim to acquire new customers in existing geographies, building on our current capabilities, while also retaining and growing our existing customer base.
P&E Total Solutions is expanding, and we are looking for experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisors to join our team in the Goldfields on a permanent basis. We offer flexible 2/1 roster.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Lead, coach, and support a dynamic and diverse team of HD Fitters by setting a positive example.
* Review and coordinate fleet and equipment to ensure optimal utilisation and productivity, in line with required maintenance activities and schedules.
* Implement and monitor best practice safety measures within the business, ensuring alignment with P&E and client requirements.
* Commit to meeting and exceeding the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.
Our Criteria | Your Skills:
* Valid Australian or NZ recognized HD Trade Certificate (essential).
* Prior experience in workshop supervision.
* Extensive experience in maintaining, rebuilding, and troubleshooting Kenworth Prime Movers (essential).
* Significant experience in maintaining mobile plant equipment, particularly 980, 988, and WA500 loaders (essential).
* Experience with Cummins Insight and Cat ET.
* WHS Statutory Responsibilities for Mining Supervisors (SRMS) - Essential.
* Significant post-trade experience in a Leading Hand role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on developing effective relationships and team building.
* Strong commitment to health and safety.
* Full driver's license (HR desirable).
* Proven ability to lead a team with a positive work ethic
