About This Opportunity
As a Disability Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of local programs. You will oversee daily operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding service. Your role will involve strategic planning, efficient resource management, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and policies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Drive the development of local disability support programs and manage their day-to-day operations.
* Provide leadership in planning, implementation, and maintenance to ensure successful service provision.
* Oversee service delivery, ensuring accountability for program outcomes and managing the performance and outputs of team members.
* Ensure programs are compliant with relevant funding guidelines, legislative requirements, and organisational policies.
* Efficiently manage financial, human, and operational resources to maintain program efficiency and effectiveness.
* Taking a proactive approach to recruitment, rostering, and staffing sustainability, including conducting weekly recruitment sessions and engaging new team members.

Key Qualifications and Skills
* Demonstrated experience in disability services management, including program oversight and staff supervision.
* Qualification/s in Disability or Community Services will be highly regarded.
* A thorough understanding of the human services sector with an in-depth knowledge of NDIS, industry standards, quality frameworks and legislative requirements.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team along with manage conflicts and complaints.
* An understanding of rostering requirements and best practice to ensure appropriate staffing and resourcing to meet service needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
