Design & Build are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join a well established high-end residential builder delivering projects across Melbourne!
Our client has been operating for over 15 years, creating a strong reputation for delivering bespoke new homes, renovations, and extensions valued up to $6m. With a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects, they're looking to bring a motivated and capable Supervisor on board to take ownership of all on site activities.

Responsibilities
* Managing all on-site activities
* Overseeing the construction of several high end homes
* Working closely with the Director who handles the overall program
* Keeping the build on track, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Utilising various construction systems on a daily basis
* Liaising with on-site teams, architects, clients, and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience delivering multiple high-end residential projects valued $3m+
* Proven experience and capability overseeing several projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills with ability to lead an internal team and liaise with clients and stakeholders
* Confident using construction management systems and documentation software
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
* Strong time management and leadership ability
