About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic Workshop Controller to join our Shepparton team who will be the responsible for providing guidance throughout our workshop.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the workshopMonitor the progression of jobs throughout the day to ensure timely completion.Scheduling of workshop jobs based on customer requirements and workshop capacityConduct Quality Control and perform final inspections of vehicles prior to collection.Explain technical issues to non-technical customers and stakeholders.Providing guidance to both apprentices and technicians
About You
This role is a great opportunity for a qualified and experienced technician looking to come off the tools, learn new skills and provide support throughout the workshop.
Previous experience in similar role (desirable).A sound understanding of workflow in a busy workshop.Strong base in Heavy Diesel mechanical knowledge.Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with conflicting timelines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A proactive mindset and a desire to always improve processes and outcomes.
