The Role
We are seeking confident, well-presented, and passionate Spa & Wellness Therapists to join our Soult family at our San Remo Spa.
This is a multi-faceted role where you'll guide guests through their luxury wellness journey through executing spa rituals and packages. Performing massage and facial treatments, spa packages, hosting sauna and float therapy experiences (training provided), and curating a seamless, five-star atmosphere from start to finish.
Our ideal team member is someone who doesn't just perform treatments, they create experiences and fully embody the client journey. They are calm yet confident, grounded yet refined, and committed to making every guest feel genuinely cared for. They are excellent team players who work extremely well with alongside others and their leaders.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of spa and wellness treatments including massages, facials, and body rituals to an exceptional standard.
* Confidently guide guests through infrared and traditional sauna and float pod sessions, ensuring comfort and safety at all times. ( Standard Operating procedures and training provided.)
* Maintain Soult's high standards of presentation, ensuring every space looks, feels, and smells beautiful.
* Uphold a serene, professional, and luxurious environment in all guest interactions.
* Support front of house operations. Including but not limited to guest welcome, check-in, bookings, retail recommendations, sales and farewell.
* Work collaboratively with the Soult team to maintain consistency, harmony, and care in every client experience.
* Be a brand ambassador, embodying Soult's values listed on the following pages.
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene during treatments and to our entire space.
* Maintain a high level of health and safety standards
* Willing to work over the holiday and summer periods and potentially alternating weekends (Saturdays).
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (Diploma highly favourable).
* Experience in massage, facials, and holistic wellness treatments.
* Confident, well-presented, and professional in all interactions.
* A calm and intuitive nature with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to create connection through warmth, empathy, and presence.
* A passion for wellness, beauty, and soulful service.
* Flexibility to assist across different areas, treatment rooms, float suites, sauna, retail, and reception and front of house.
