Student Support Role
This is a student support role where you will be working closely with students, staff and the broader community across multiple campuses and departments.
* Provide accurate, timely and student-focused customer service, resolving complex enquiries and escalating when needed
* Supervise and assist support officers, including mentoring and coaching
* Assist Team Leaders with workforce planning and resource coordination
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement across service delivery
* Ensure the effective implementation and ongoing review of policies, procedures and systems
* Perform complex administrative functions to support core business operations
* Maintain accurate and compliant records, ensuring data security and integrity
* Strong administrative or customer service experience
* Ability to lead, mentor and drive improvements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
* ASO3 salary range ($67,589 - $72,033 p.a.) + Super
* Temporary and ongoing opportunities available
