Reporting and Performance Analyst I Blue Care I Community Performance & Enablement
* Remuneration: Base salary + super + salary packaging benefits
* Location: Queensland locations with remote work options
* Contract: 6 months
Your part in the team
Reporting to the Reporting and Performance Manager, the role is accountable for operationalising performance measurement processes and monitoring performance of Blue Care's Community services on financial and non-financial outcomes (e.g. operational, quality, customer, workforce).
It is responsible for analysing service performance, identifying opportunities and developing practical recommendations on effective options that improve community service performance.

You are someone who enjoys providing proactive advice and direction on performance, building local leader capability in understanding the operational levers and processes that drive performance at or above targets. Additionally, you will bring to the role the following:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, accounting or a related field.
* Comprehensive understanding of government funding programs and reporting requirements (internal and external) for the Aged Care / Community services sector.
* Significant experience in finance or business performance functions dealing with complex, confidential and sensitive information.
* Demonstrated capability in the application and improvement of integrated reporting systems.
* Advanced data analysis, interpretation, presentation and communication skills.
* Demonstrated understanding of key principles of data structure and relationships, as relevant to analytics and reporting.
