**The Role**
The primary objective of the Change Manager EPMO is setting the strategic framework for enterprise change management to enable the successful delivery of change across the City of Ballarat, and to advise our staff how to engage and advise on transformation and operational change initiatives to maximise delivery of strategic value for the organisation.
We are looking for a hands-on, seasoned Change Manager, to lead, develop and implement communications and training across all change initiatives, contributing to the outputs of the projects within the EPMO Portfolio.
This is a full-time ongoing position. The Band 8 salary ranges from $113,068 to $125,540 per annum inclusive of allowances plus statutory superannuation.
**About You**
Extensive experience with implementing and working within "cross-department" organisational change strategies and an understanding project schedule and change impact inter-dependencies will be critical to support successful outcomes.
**Key Selection Criteria** 
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Business Transformation, Change Management or a related discipline and relevant professional experience. 
- Demonstrated experience in formalised OCM Methods, Strategic Approaches and Industry best practice (i.e., PROSCI, CMI, CMBoK) 
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in developing, initiating and executing change management strategy and plans along with providing guidance and leadership in communication, coordination and analysis with a variety of project types. 
- Proven experience with internal client engagement and management particularly in a PMO or EPMO environment. with a track record contributing to broader organisational leadership, transformation and culture. 
- Experience and/or understanding of a PPM system (Portfolio & Project Management) would be advantageous, particularly experience within a Council environment with Camms. 
- Knowledge of enterprise-wide IT tools or systems and/or of infrastructure and strategic projects.
