The primary responsibilities include development of technical options, assessments and strategies of upgrading railway signalling systems in Victoria – understanding communications‐based train control (CBTC) solutions, ETCS, drafting technical reports, constructability options, development of scoping and planning documents, and ensuring systems meet operational and safety standards.
