What you'll be doing
* Provide Level 1–2 technical support / administration across multiple client environments
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve or escalate technical issues
* Carry out on-site client visits as needed (you'll be the friendly face of the team)
* Keep documentation accurate and up to date
* Recommend improvements and better ways of working
* Support senior project delivery from time to time
What you'll bring
* Prior MSP experience across a mix of : Windows, M365, Azure, On Prem, Intune, Backup & DR, Networking, Security, Scripting (don't need them all – training provided)
* Experience with ticketing / monitoring tools
* Based in Perth and available for on-site client visits
* Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Positive, customer-driven approach – friendly and professional
* Able to multitask, juggle priorities and stay organised
* A genuine team player who's ready to step in wherever needed
* Enjoys variety, fast-paced environments and embracing change
