We’re looking for an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced building materials environment. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate and execute efficient logistics plans in collaboration with the Logistics and Warehouse Manager and site-based project coordinators. Optimise logistics operations to minimise truck movements across suppliers, subcontractors, and off-site teams. Coordinate, track, and document incoming materials to ensure uninterrupted delivery of construction materials. Coordinate and communicate resource requirements, including supervision of materials handlers and forklift operators. What You’ll Need Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, maintain stakeholder relationships. Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-phase plans while adapting to changing project requirements. Effective problem solver with a flexible, proactive approach and strong on-the-spot decision-making skills. Highly organised with ability to prioritise under pressure.
