Oversee operations, supervise, train, and guide team members, being hands-on to ensure the exceptional delivery of guest service excellence Update wine lists and menus in collaboration with the Chef, Food and Beverage Manager, and the Purchasing Officer Monitor and review performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed Handle complaints, supporting team members to resolve any challenges More about you Experience in a food and beverage role in a 5-star venue Experience in a team-leading role Certificate in Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol, with Responsible Management of Licensed Venues also beneficial Experience or ability to manage a reservation system The application period will close on 18/02/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
