Our business is experiencing increasing sales as pet owners are spending more on their pets in the current climate.
This is a newly created position as our team needs support. We seek a friendly, professional, enthusiastic and self-motivated person with various office tasks particularly supporting the National Sales Manager and Marketing Coordinator.
Primarily we seek a person with exceptional data skills and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Our customers seek data on our products daily and your ability to extract from our database into Excel based documents will be essential to your success.
Additionally, as we progress to a new ERP and WMS solution for the business these skills will be required to assist our team to progress to this new platform successfully.
Some of the key duties would include;
- Data compilation with exceptional Excel skills.
- Working with team members to complete customer support tasks (data/images).
- Support for Marketing Coordinator on a needs basis.
- Providing administration support to the business as required.
- General office duties.
- Occasional Reception and Phone duties.
- We seek a skilled administration all-rounder to be part of our team.
Certificate in Business Administration would be an advantage but above all your exceptional ability with MS Office is an essential requirement.
