The role of Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer is pivotal in driving the company's technological growth.
This engineer will collaborate with advanced Cisco technologies in a hybrid work environment, supporting critical network services across multiple locations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver routine network support encompassing fault diagnosis, repair, and incident response.
* Participate in an on-call rotational support model for high-priority incidents, including occasional evening engagements.
* Implement both high-level and low-level network designs and maintain precise as-built documentation.
* Support Cisco WAN / LAN environments including CAT 9300s, legacy Catalyst models, WAN edge, and out-of-band switching.
* Manage and support data centre networking including Cisco ACI, Nexus spine / leaf, IPN, and software-defined networking.
* Administer wireless environments including WLAN controllers, access points, WIPS and CMX.
* Configure and support Cisco security technologies including Cisco Firewalls and Cisco ISE.
* Utilise network management and observability tools such as Cisco DNAC / Cisco Catalyst Centre, Nexus Dashboard, and Firepower Management Centre.
