Crystalbrook Collection is seeking a Revenue & Distribution Systems Manager to take ownership of our critical systems and reporting frameworks across Sales, Revenue and our Customer Sales Centre.What you'll be doing:Lead day-to-day management of our Sales, Revenue and Distribution systemsInfluence all system enhancements, upgrades and integrationsDeliver impactful reporting through Power BI and Sales & Service Cloud dashboardsProject manage the implementation of all distribution systems and channels for new hotel openingsProvide system training and critical support to internal teamsLiaise with system providers and ensure optimal performanceCollaborate closely with the Customer Sales Centre on operational readinessSupport rate loading and troubleshoot distribution issuesDeliver accurate periodic reportsYour skills and experience:Current hotel/hospitality revenue management experienceAdvanced knowledge of systems such as Duetto, SynXis, OTA Insight, Power BI, SiteMinder, Sabre, Service Cloud, Opera V5/Cloud, Cvent, Ivvy and Sales CloudStrong data analysis skills with a high level of attention to detailExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalAbility to build and manage senior stakeholder relationshipsA strong service mindset and collaborative approachThis is a full-time position and based within our Head Office in Surry Hills.
