**Responsibilities**:
- 3 days a week (Mon - Wed)
- End to end processing of the company's payroll on a fortnightly basis related to super, tax and payments (for 350 employees)
- Interpreting awards/ agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and shift allowances etc
- Calculation and processing of termination payments
- Processing increases and calculation of back pays
- Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a payroll officer
- Previous experience as a payroll specialist with award interpretation duties
- A team player who can collaborate as a team
- High attention to detail
